Before your appointment, please check: that your policy covers osteopathic treatment, whether a referral is needed, your applicable excess, approved session quantities, and claim limits. Please bring your pre-authorisation number to your appointment.
Patients reclaim fees directly from their insurer using receipts provided, except BUPA which is invoiced directly. If you require longer sessions than your insurance covers, you will be asked to sign a consent form agreeing to cover the additional cost.
